A Bodrum yacht charter team building day begins at Milta Bodrum Marina at nine, before the meltem, with the team splitting between two 20–25 m motor yachts. The first challenge starts at Karaada, where the tender, the paddleboards and the hot-spring cave form the course, and the day ends with both yachts rafted together at Orak Island for lunch and the debrief.
A yacht puts a team in a place where roles change: the quiet analyst turns out to be the strongest swimmer, and the manager has to take instructions from the captain. Bodrum's day fleet, 15–25 m motor yachts with a tender, sunbeds and a sound system, gives us the equipment for on-water activities, and the short distances between Milta Bodrum Marina, Karaada and Orak Island mean more time in the bays and less in transit. The daily wind pattern shapes the programme. Bodrum mornings are calm, ideal for tender and swimming challenges at Karaada; the meltem arrives in the afternoon, which is when a gulet team wants to be sailing and a motor yacht wants to be at anchor in a sheltered bay. The season runs from May to October, with June and September giving the most comfortable temperatures for physical activities. Milas-Bodrum Airport is about 45 minutes from the marinas, so teams can fly in the evening before and be on the water by nine.
Booking FAQ
Each motor yacht takes up to 12 guests, so two yachts cover 24 and three cover 36, all rafted together at Orak Island for the shared parts. A Bodrum gulet with 8 cabins suits a sailing programme for 16.
Both work. We supply the yachts, crew, tender, paddleboards and a course plan for Karaada and Orak Island; you run it, or we add a facilitator who briefs, times and debriefs the challenges on board.
None. The gulet's crew instruct the team on lines and sail handling, and the captain remains in charge throughout. Non-swimmers can take part fully; life jackets are on board and the crew adapt the activities.
