The contrast is the point. The Bodrum peninsula is lively and social, with a superyacht marina at Yalıkavak and beach clubs at Türkbükü, and it makes a good opening or closing evening. The Gulf of Gökova is the opposite: sheltered water, pine-covered shores and quiet anchorages. Summer afternoons bring the meltem, so working sessions are scheduled for calm mornings and the cruising legs for the afternoon. June and September are the retreat months we recommend; Milas-Bodrum Airport is about 45 minutes from the marinas for participants arriving on different flights.

Yes. Crewed yachts of 25 m+ have an air-conditioned saloon that seats 8–12 around a table, and gulets have a large shaded aft deck. We arrange a screen, whiteboard and a mobile data connection; coverage is good along the peninsula and in most of the Gulf of Gökova.
A crewed motor yacht typically sleeps 8–10 guests in 4–5 cabins. A Bodrum gulet with 8 cabins sleeps up to 16. For larger retreats we run two yachts together and hold joint sessions on the larger deck at anchor.
Three nights. The gulf is a few hours' cruise from Yalıkavak Marina or Milta Bodrum Marina, so anything shorter leaves too little time at anchor. If you have only a day, we anchor off Karaada close to town instead.
