Bodrum's advantage for client hospitality is choice of atmosphere. The north coast around Yalıkavak and Türkbükü is where guests expect to be seen; the west coast at Gümüşlük and Turgutreis is quieter and better for conversation; and the Gulf of Gökova is private enough for confidential discussions over several days. Evenings in June and September are as warm as August with more yachts available, and the afternoon meltem has usually settled by dinner in a sheltered anchorage. Milas-Bodrum Airport is about 45 minutes from Yalıkavak Marina for guests flying in for the event.

Yes. On a 25 m+ crewed yacht the captain, chef and stewardess run the evening from welcome to disembarkation, including drinks service and the dinner at anchor off Gümüşlük. We brief them on your guests, seating and any speeches in advance.
Discreetly, yes. Branded menus, a screen in the saloon for a short presentation before dinner and printed place cards are all possible. Most clients keep the branding light and let the yacht and the setting do the work.
For July and August, allow three to four weeks to secure a crewed yacht with a chef from Yalıkavak Marina. In June and September, one to two weeks is usually enough, and there is a wider choice of yachts and dinner slots.
