Evenings are the best time of day on the Bodrum peninsula in summer: the heat is gone, the meltem has eased, and the west-facing anchorages at Gümüşlük and Turgutreis catch the whole sunset. The chef sources from the Bodrum markets that morning, so fish and produce reflect the day. In July and August the crewed fleet at Yalıkavak Marina books out early; June and September offer the same warm nights and more choice of yachts and chefs. Milas-Bodrum Airport is around 45 minutes from the marina.
