Bodrum's two faces are what make it suitable. The peninsula is social and glamorous, and a leadership team can enjoy one evening of it at Yalıkavak or Türkbükü; the Gulf of Gökova is still, green and private, and that is where the working days belong. Summer mornings are calm and the meltem builds after lunch, so sessions run in the morning and cruising legs in the afternoon. June and September are the months we recommend for retreats, and Milas-Bodrum Airport is about 45 minutes from the marina for executives arriving on separate flights.

Completely. Your group has the entire yacht; the crew work from their own quarters and are bound by confidentiality. Anchorages in the Gulf of Gökova such as English Harbour are often empty, and the yacht can move if another arrives.
An air-conditioned saloon seating 8–12 at a table, a large screen, power at every seat and a satellite or 4G data connection that works along the peninsula and in much of the gulf. Printed materials can be delivered to Yalıkavak Marina before departure.
