Morning is the working window in Bodrum. The sea is calm until the meltem builds in the afternoon, which is why our meeting charters start at nine and anchor in the lee of Karaada rather than heading further out. Mobile data coverage close to town is reliable for video calls and shared documents. The season runs May to October, and June and September combine comfortable temperatures with wide availability. Participants flying in for the day reach Milta Bodrum Marina from Milas-Bodrum Airport in about 45 minutes, which makes a morning meeting and an afternoon flight home realistic.

Yes. Motor yachts of 20 m and above have a saloon with a dining table for 8–10 and power sockets, and we add a portable screen if needed. Crewed yachts of 25 m+ have a larger saloon that seats up to 12 comfortably.
At anchor off Karaada, close to Bodrum town, mobile coverage is strong and video calls work on a 4G or 5G hotspot. We can add a dedicated router on board. Coverage drops in parts of the Gulf of Gökova, so we keep meeting charters near the peninsula.
Outside July and August, a half-day meeting charter from Milta Bodrum Marina can usually be arranged with two or three days' notice. In peak season, a week's notice is advisable to secure a yacht with a suitable saloon.
