Göcek is the coast's quiet cruising base, with marina restaurants rather than nightlife, so an executive retreat stays focused. The season runs April to November; May, June, September and October offer the best working temperatures on deck, and the sea is still warm for swimming into October. The Gulf of Fethiye is enclosed by islands, so the boat sits still at anchor and sessions proceed as planned. The bays are quiet by design, and most leadership teams treat the time offline as a feature.
