Fethiye is a calm coast, so a team day here is built around swimming, shared meals and the cruise rather than loud entertainment. The 12 Islands route stays inside the enclosed gulf the whole day, which keeps the water flat for everyone. Dalaman Airport is about 50 minutes away, so a team flying in for a single day is workable. The season runs April to November; September and October combine warm sea with milder heat for a full day on deck.

Swimming is optional. The enclosed Gulf of Fethiye is calm, life jackets are on board, and stops like Tersane Island offer a landing ashore. Non-swimmers stay involved from the deck or the tender.
