An Antalya yacht charter team building day starts at Kemer Marina, about 45 km west of the city, at nine in the morning. The yacht anchors in the three small Kemer bays for the first activities, then continues along the Bey Mountains to Phaselis, where lunch and the afternoon challenges take place in the ancient harbour's swimming bays.

Team activities in the water need warm sea and calm bays, and the coast west of Kemer provides both from May to October. Spring and autumn suit active programmes because midday heat is moderate; in July and August, water-based tasks are scheduled before noon and after three. The mountains shelter the Kemer and Phaselis anchorages, so swell rarely interrupts an activity. Kemer Marina is the practical start for groups staying in Kemer hotels, while Setur Antalya Marina suits teams based in the city, with the airport twenty minutes away for those flying in.

Most yachts carry snorkelling gear and paddleboards or similar for swim-based tasks; we confirm what each yacht has when we reply. Facilitation materials, if you run your own programme, should be brought along in waterproof bags.
May, June, September and October offer warm water and comfortable temperatures for active programmes. July and August work with an early start from Kemer Marina and activities scheduled around the midday heat.
