From April to November a day charter works; May, June, September and October are the sweet spot for warm water at Phaselis without midsummer crowds. In July and August, boarding early at Kemer Marina secures a quieter bay before the day boats arrive. Winter birthdays are outside the season. The bays west of Kemer are sheltered by the mountains, so a birthday lunch at anchor is rarely disturbed by swell, and the run back along the coast keeps the ridge in view all afternoon.
