Fethiye is a family coast: calm, nature-led and built around gulet cruising rather than nightlife. Dalaman Airport is about 50 minutes from both Fethiye and Göcek, so the transfer is short enough for small children. The season runs April to November; late June to August gives the warmest water for young swimmers, while May, June and September are gentler for parents who prefer milder heat. Ashore, the Çalış beach promenade is an easy evening walk with children before or after the cruise.
