A seated dinner depends on calm water, and the Gulf of Antalya is at its stillest in the evening from April to November once the afternoon breeze has dropped. In July and August the air stays warm after dark, so a later departure with dinner served fully after sunset is more comfortable. Spring and autumn evenings turn cool once the sun is behind the Bey Mountains, and the crew moves dessert into the saloon if needed. Local fish and produce are sourced in the city the same day, which the chef will discuss with you in advance.
